Showers in the west and southwest will spread elsewhere tonight, some of them heavy and possibly thundery in places. Very mild with temperatures not falling below 14 to 17 degrees, in light southwesterly or variable breezes. Some mist and fog patches too.

Tomorrow

Quite cloudy to begin on Thursday with scattered showers, some of them heavy. The showers will become increasingly confined to the midlands, north and east by the afternoon and it will tend to brighten up with longer sunny breaks developing as the day goes on. Highest temperatures of 19 to 25 degrees in mainly light westerly or variable breezes.
