It will be mostly cloudy overnight with scattered showers in many areas and longer spells of rain in east Leinster. Showers will ease, but rain and drizzle will persist in east Leinster and also in east Ulster. The best of any clear spells will be in the west. Some patches of mist and fog also. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees, with light northerly breezes.

Tomorrow

Sunday will be mostly cloudy over the eastern half of the country with outbreaks of rain and drizzle and patches of mist. Further west, there'll be some bright or sunny spells with showers. Some of the showers will turn heavy in the south-west later, with a chance of isolated thunderstorms. Highest temperatures of 11 to 16 degrees with light to moderate north to north-east breezes.
