Largely dry and cloudy tonight with just isolated drizzle patches in the northwest. A few clear spells in parts too with some mist and fog patches developing and a touch of frost locally. Lowest temperatures of -1 to plus 4 degrees in a light westerly or variable breeze.


Tomorrow will be largely dry with any mist and fog clearing in the morning. There will be a good deal of cloud over the country with some patchy drizzle at times on western and northwestern coasts. The best of any bright or sunny spells will be in eastern or southern areas. Highest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees in light, occasionally moderate, southwesterly breezes.
