A bright and crisp start on Monday morning with sunny spells. Showers along Atlantic coastal counties will spread eastward through the afternoon and evening, some heavy with a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms. Feeling fresher with highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees in moderate southwest winds, fresh at times on northwest coasts.
