It'll be mostly cloudy in the morning with just limited bright spells, but there's likely to be more in the way of sunny spells through the afternoon. Later in the evening, some rain may start to encroach into southern coastal areas. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees with fresh and gusty southwesterly winds, strong or near gale force near western and northern coasts.
