Cloudy with one or two lingering showers in the south and east slowly dying out. Fresh to strong southerly winds will gradually ease this afternoon too. It will be dry in most places by evening, however a band of showers will move into the west. Mild for this time of year, with highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees.


A band of showery rain will move east across the country early tonight. It will be blustery with fresh to strong southwest winds, increasing to gale force for a time along west and northwest coasts. Clear spells and scattered showers will follow overnight, most frequent over the western half of the country, and winds will decrease moderate to fresh. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees.


Sunday will be bright and breezy with sunshine and showers. The showers will be heaviest and most frequent in the west. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees with fresh and gusty southerly winds, easing light to moderate during the evening.
