Generally cloudy and misty tonight with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. However, it will become drier and clearer across Ulster for a time. Minimum temperatures ranging a chilly 6 to 9 degrees in north Ulster but a milder 10 to 13 degrees further south. Winds mostly light, varying in direction.


A largely dry start across the north and northeast of the country on Wednesday with some hazy sunshine possible. However, it'll be cloudy and misty in most other areas with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. By afternoon, a pulse of heavier and more persistent rain will move in from the Atlantic, spreading eastwards across the country to affect many areas. However, parts of north Ulster will escape dry. Highest temperatures ranging 14 to 17 degrees in mostly light breezes, but a fresh southwest breeze will develop on the south coast later.
