Clearer conditions will follow towards morning and it will turn colder with lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees with light to moderate west to northwest breezes.


On Wednesday morning, any lingering light rain or drizzle in the south will clear to give a largely dry day with sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 7 to 9 degrees with moderate or fresh northwest breezes.
