Today

Sunny spells and scattered blustery showers continuing, some heavy with hail and isolated thunderstorms. The showers will gradually retreat northwards and most places will become dry through the evening. Moderate to fresh and gusty westerly winds, strong near coasts, will also ease in the evening.

Tonight

A few showers in the north early tonight but otherwise dry and increasingly cloudy. Rain and drizzle will spread from the west overnight though but much of the north and east will stay dry. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees, coldest in the north, with light to moderate southwest to south winds, freshening in the west later.

Tomorrow

Becoming wet and windy tomorrow with gales in coastal areas. Rain will continue to extend northeastwards to all areas through the morning and early afternoon with some heavy and squally bursts possible, especially later in the day. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 or 11 degrees with strong and gusty south to southeast winds developing.
