Today

Rain and drizzle will continue to push northeastwards this evening with a mix of clear spells and scattered showers for Munster and south Leinster. Moderate southeast winds veering westerly later.

Tonight

Lingering rain will affect parts of Ulster and north Leinster for a time tonight. Generally dry elsewhere under broken cloud with some mist patches. Cool with lowest temperatures of 4 to 9 degrees, in light southerly or variable breezes.

Tomorrow

Some sunny spells across northern and eastern areas early on Saturday where it should remain largely dry for daylight hours. Cloudier elsewhere with patchy, mainly coastal rain, turning heavier later in the afternoon across southern and western counties. The rain will extend nationwide during the evening hours with freshening southerly winds. Hill, mist and coastal fog developing then too. Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees.
