Cloudy with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle overnight.The rain will be heavy at times in the northwest and west and there'll be some hill and coastal mist and fog too. Mild and humid with temperatures falling no lower than 12 to 16 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.

Tomorrow

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with patchy rain and drizzle. Some drier and brighter intervals will develop through the day though, especially in parts of Connacht, Ulster and also southeast Leinster. Highest temperatures will range from 15 degrees in the northwest to 21 degrees in the south, in moderate southwesterly winds, decreasing light to moderate later.
