Mostly cloudy tomorrow with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle and just limited bright or sunny spells. Some mist and fog too. Parts of the south and east will stay dry through the day. Highest temperatures of 16 to 22 degrees, coolest in the north, in light, occasionally moderate southwesterly breezes.
