Dry for most with good sunny spells. A bit cloudier in parts of Munster and south Leinster with some patchy light rain, dying out by this evening with cloud clearing. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees in moderate to fresh and gusty westerly winds.


Tonight will be rather chilly, but dry for most areas. There is a chance of isolated light showers in Connacht and Ulster. Winds will ease light westerly or variable. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees generally, or even a little cooler locally in the south.


Tomorrow, Friday, will be a dry and sunny day over most of the country. However, it will be cloudier for a time in Ulster with a chance of isolated light showers in the morning. Highest temperatures of 13 degrees in the north to 19 degrees in the south in light to moderate northwesterly winds.
