Tomorrow morning will be cloudy with scattered showers, some heavy. More persistent rain will develop in the west and south through the morning. Drier weather with sunny spells will extend from the north through the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in moderate to fresh northerly winds.
