Today will be largely cloudy with just a few bright breaks. Staying dry for most apart from a little patchy drizzle and mist. Towards evening, showers will develop near west and northwest coasts. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds.

Tonight

Tonight will start off dry and cloudy, though with showers in the west. A spell of rain will spread eastwards across the country overnight, though some eastern areas will stay dry until morning. Overnight temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh, southerly winds.

Tomorrow

Thursday will start off with rain in many areas. Sunny spells will develop in the west in the afternoon and will extend slowly eastwards through the day, with rain clearing from the east coast in the evening. A cool day with afternoon highs of 3 to 7 degrees with moderate southerly winds becoming moderate to fresh northwesterly.
