Monday will be cold and breezy. Good sunny spells in many areas at first. However, cloudier conditions in the east will extend westwards across the country and the afternoon will be mostly cloudy. There may be one or two isolated showers. Highest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees with moderate to fresh, gusty easterly winds.
