Blustery this evening with a mix of showers and clear spells. Showers will be most frequent in the west and northwest, some heavy with a chance of hail and thunder. More persistent rain and drizzle will affect some southern and southwestern areas for a time this evening.

Tonight

Showery rain will spread across Ulster and Connacht tonight. It will be drier elsewhere for a time with clear spells and isolated showers. Later in the night, the showery rain will begin to spread southeastwards over the country. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees with some frost possible in light to moderate southwest or variable winds.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow will start off quite cloudy with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle sinking southeastwards across the country during the morning. Dry and bright weather will follow from the northwest with spells of sunshine developing. Showers will develop near western coasts after dark. Cool with highest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees in light to moderate north to northwest winds.
