Through the afternoon, rain will gradually clear eastwards and ease, with brighter spells and isolated showers following in behind. Moderate to fresh southerly winds will veer westerly and ease with the clearance of that rain. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees.

Mostly dry and clear tonight with isolated showers across Ulster. Patches of mist and fog will set in over southern coastal fringes towards morning with variable breezes. Cooler under those clear skies with lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees.

A fresh and crisp day on Saturday with plenty of dry and bright weather with widespread sunny spells. Through the afternoon and evening, cloud will drift in with hazy sunshine at times. Highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees in light southwest breezes.
