Dry for most tomorrow though patchy rain and drizzle will affect parts of the west and northwest before clearing in the afternoon. Sunny spells will give way to cloudier conditions building from the south through the day with mist and drizzle patches developing near southern coasts. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh southerly winds.
