Most areas will be dry early tonight but there will be patches of drizzle and mist. Outbreaks of rain in the southwest will spread to most parts of the country overnight and will turn heavy at times. It will be breezy with moderate to fresh south to southeast breezes and it will become very blustery near the south coast later. A mild night with temperatures staying above 12 to 15 degrees.


Tuesday will start wet and blustery with widespread outbreaks of rain, heavy in places. The rain will gradually clear through the morning and will be followed by sunny spells and scattered showers for the afternoon and evening. Later in the evening, the showers will become isolated. Temperatures will remain above average, reaching 16 to 19 degrees, and there will be moderate to fresh southwesterly winds, strong at times near coasts.
