10 February 2025 13:52

Today

Cold and dull overall today, Monday, and breezy in parts too, particularly in eastern and northern coastal parts. Some limited bright or sunny breaks occurring further west, though. Patchy rain and drizzle or showers, some of hail, will occur with some falls of sleet and snow possible above high ground. Highest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees in light to moderate east to northeast breezes, fresher near eastern and northern coasts.

Tonight

Cold tonight with frost and a few icy patches where skies clear. Patchy rain and drizzle will persist, with some wintry falls possible, especially above high ground. Rain and drizzle will become largely confined to eastern and southern areas overnight. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +3 degrees in a mostly light northeasterly breeze.

Tomorrow

Some bright or sunny spells at first on Tuesday with any frost and ice clearing. However, it will be mostly cloudy with patchy rain and drizzle, especially across east and southeast counties with just minimal amounts elsewhere. Later in the day, rain will arrive into southwestern counties, perhaps turning wintry for a time over higher ground here after dark. Rather cold with highest temperatures of 5 to 7 degrees in a light to moderate easterly breeze.
