Mostly cloudy for the remainder of the day with outbreaks of rain, heavy at times, continuing to spread northwards. Parts of Ulster should remain dry until close to nightfall with some limited bright spells. All with light to moderate easterly breezes.

Tonight

Cloudy across Leinster, Connacht and Ulster with showers or more persistent spells of rain. Drier across most of Munster with just the odd shower and some clear spells too. Mild with lowest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees generally, but a little cooler under clearer skies in parts of Munster, with light to moderate, occasionally fresh, easterly winds.

Tomorrow

Starting off cloudy for most with scattered showers, some of which will be heavy with isolated thunderstorms possible. Drier towards the southwest with some sunny spells too. Sunny spells will become more widespread as the day progresses. Highest temperatures of 17 to 23 degrees, with light to moderate east to southeast winds.
