A dull day on Friday with a band of rain gradually spreading across the country from the southwest through the morning and afternoon, becoming patchier as it does. A clearance to scattered showers will follow into Munster in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees in moderate southeast winds, veering westerly behind the rain.
