Mainly dry and fresh this morning with bright spells in many areas as any mist clears. Cloud will build over the western half of the country through the day bringing patchy light rain and drizzle. It will stay bright with sunny spells in the east and southeast. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees in moderate southwest winds.

Tonight

Tonight will start mostly dry apart from isolated patches of drizzle. Patchy outbreaks of light rain and drizzle will develop in the northwest towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow morning will be dry for most with sunny spells, but patches of light rain and drizzle will continue in the northwest. More persistent outbreaks of rain and drizzle will push into Connacht and west Ulster through the day. Staying drier elsewhere with sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest to west winds.
