Dull and damp today with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Some mist, hill and coastal fog too. The rain will turn heavier in the evening, particularly in parts of the west and southwest. Mild but breezy with highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees in moderate to fresh and gusty southeasterly winds, decreasing light to moderate southerly in the evening.

Tonight

Wet tonight with further outbreaks of rain, heaviest in the southwest and west. Mist and fog patches too. Mild with temperatures not falling below 8 to 11 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh southerly winds.

Tomorrow

Cloudy and wet to start tomorrow with widespread rain, heavy at times, but the cloud, rain, mist and fog will clear northeastwards through the morning. Sunny spells and scattered showers or longer spells of rain will follow with the chance of hail, isolated thunderstorms and spot flooding. Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 or 15 degrees in moderate to fresh south or southwest winds, strong near southern and Atlantic coasts.
