Sunday will begin mostly dry with sunshine but cloud will thicken during the morning and rain will move in across the west and northwest. The rain will turn heavy then extend to the rest of the country in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 18 to 21 degrees in moderate southerly winds, fresh on coasts.
