Wet and windy on Thursday with spells of heavy rain moving in from the west, bringing spot flooding. Drier across eastern areas to begin and across western areas later. Highest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees. Fresh to strong southerly winds will veer southwest through the day, decreasing moderate to fresh.
