Showers becoming isolated and confined mainly to northwest coasts overnight. Most other areas dry, but outbreaks of rain will develop in the south and southwest later tonight. Lowest temperatures 4 to 8 degrees. Fresh northwest winds will ease.


A dry start in most areas tomorrow Saturday. Outbreaks of rain will occur more widely over Munster and south Leinster for a time however and will be heavy near the south coast. Staying dry further north with some hazy sunshine. Cool. Highest temperatures 11 to 14 degrees. Winds will be light generally, but it'll become breezy along south coasts later.
