Apart from the odd coastal shower in the southeast, tonight will be dry with variable cloud and long clear spells. Minimum temperatures of minus 1 to plus 3 degrees with a slight frost in sheltered areas. Patches of mist and fog will form as northerly winds fall away light.
Any mist and frost will soon clear on Monday, to leave a dry day countrywide with a mix of cloud and sunshine. The best of the sunshine will be in the south and east of the country, with cloudier conditions prevailing in the west and north. Maximum temperatures 10 to 12 degrees in light southwest or variable breezes.
