Most areas will remain dry and sunny for the rest of today with just light northeasterly breezes. Cloudier for southwest counties with the chance of passing showers, mainly closer to the coast. Sunshine will be a little hazy at times for the northeast. Highest temperatures of 23 to 30 degrees, warmest further west, with slightly fresher conditions along some eastern and southern fringes, owing to onshore breezes.

Tonight

Tonight will be dry, calm and mostly clear. Some mist or fog may feed into northwest coastal areas later. A relatively mild night with lowest temperatures of 10 to 16 degrees.

Tomorrow

Thursday will be a very warm or hot day with lots of high summer sunshine. Coastal fog may drift onto some northern coasts though with the chance of the odd sharp shower later. Highest temperatures of 24 to 29 or 30 degrees with just light northeast or variable breezes.
