Starting off quite dull this morning with mist and fog patches lingering in places. Scattered showers will develop later this afternoon, with heavy falls at times, and becoming most frequent in the west towards evening. Sunny spells will develop at times too with highest temperatures of 13 to 18 or 19 degrees, mildest further east, in light to moderate southerly winds.

Tonight

Remaining cloudy overnight with scattered showers, turning heavy at times. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees with patches of mist and fog forming in light southerly winds.

Tomorrow

Another cloudy day in store with widespread showers though some brighter spells will develop through the day. Showers will be heavy at times with the chance of thunder. Slightly cooler with highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees in light southerly breezes.
