Through Tuesday morning, cloud and any rain or drizzle will gradually clear to the south by early afternoon. Sunny spells will follow. There'll be a few showers in Ulster. Highest temperatures of 11 to 17 degrees, coolest in the northwest and warmest in the southeast with moderate to fresh west to northwest winds
