Today

Cloud and outbreaks of rain will continue to affect much of Leinster and Ulster through the morning with sunny spells and a few showers developing elsewhere. The rain will become lighter and patchier as the day goes on, eventually becoming confined to east Ulster this afternoon. Sunny spells and scattered showers will spread from the west and southwest through the day. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees with light to moderate variable winds.

Tonight

Scattered showers and clear spells at first, along with patches of mist and fog. Cloud and outbreaks of rain will move into the west later tonight. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees in light to moderate southwest or variable winds, freshening along Atlantic coasts towards morning.

Tomorrow

Scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle will move northeastwards across the country tomorrow morning, lingering over eastern Ulster in the afternoon. Dry and bright conditions will follow the clearance of the rain from the southwest with spells of sunshine. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees in mainly light westerly or variable winds.
