Outbreaks of rain tonight, heaviest and most persistent in the north and east, with showers following further south. The rain will gradually ease and become patchier overnight. With saturated ground conditions and high river levels, further localised flooding is possible. Blustery with moderate to fresh and gusty southeasterly winds. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees.

Tomorrow

Outbreaks of rain and drizzle at first tomorrow. A more persistent and heavier spell of rain will spread from the southeast through the afternoon with a chance of some thundery bursts. Due to saturated soils and high river levels, there will be ongoing potential for localised flooding. Moderate to fresh southeast winds will ease light variable in the west and south through the day. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees.
