Generally dry overnight apart from the odd isolated shower. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +5 degrees, feeling coldest over Ulster and Leinster, with frost and icy stretches forming. Later tonight cloud will start to increase from the west with patchy drizzle and mist developing by morning.

Tomorrow

Thursday will start off mainly dry. Rain and drizzle in the west will spread eastwards to all areas. The afternoon will be cloudy with patchy mist and drizzle. Through the evening, rain will become more persistent in the west and northwest. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees with light to moderate south to southwest winds gradually freshening
