Cloudy in many parts tomorrow but sunny spells will develop in the south and southeast. Patchy light rain, drizzle and mist will persist in parts of the north and west but it'll be dry elsewhere. Highest temperatures from 16 degrees in the west and northwest to 24 or 25 degrees in the south and southeast, with light to moderate west to southwest winds.
