Starting off generally cloudy with the odd patch of light rain or drizzle possible in the north and west. Sunny spells should increase through the day though, becoming hazier in the evening. Highest temperatures of 17 to 24 degrees, warmest in the south and southeast, with a light to moderate west to northwest breeze
