Today

Damp or wet for a time across Ulster and Leinster with scattered rain and drizzle, heavy in places with the chance of localised flooding. While drier conditions will extend from the west, some scattered heavy showers will follow too. <br><br> <br><br>

Tonight

Lingering showery rain will affect parts of Ulster and Leinster early tonight, but otherwise it will be mostly dry under broken cloud. Scattered outbreaks of rain will gradually move into Connacht and Munster overnight, turning heavy or thundery in places. Some mist and fog patches across the country too. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 14 degrees, with mostly light southerly breezes.

Tomorrow

Generally dry early Sunday morning across north and northeast counties. However, showers or longer spells of rain will become fairly widespread by late morning. These will be very heavy at times with thunderstorms and localised flooding possible. Some intense downpours will fall in a short space of time in parts with some sunny spells also. Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees, with mostly light to moderate variable breezes, gusty at times around heavy showers.
