Update 18th October 2019:
Following successful repair work, the Shannon Airport radar has been transmitting successfully since 11:30. Further works are planned today which may produce a brief interruption in transmissions but should be completed by 15:00.
17th October 2019:
The Shannon Airport Rainfall Radar is currently offline due to a technical fault, hence the loss of radar coverage in SW Ireland. Repairs are ongoing. We expect this radar will be operational again early next week. We apologies for this loss of data.
