Today we have launched our public call-out for new storm name suggestions for the 2019/2020 storm season. If you have ever wanted to name a storm or have a storm named after you, this is your chance!
This year’s list of storm names will be a collaboration between Met Éireann and our colleagues at the Met Office in the UK and KNMI in the Netherlands.
The closing date for entries is Friday August 9th and the new storm names will be revealed on Monday September 2nd.
