Monthly Summaries and Bulletins
The provisional Weather Summaries are published each month, season and year using the 25 principal climatological stations. This provisional publication becomes available at 11 am on the second working day of the following month.
The Bulletin is the official publication of Met Éireann for publishing climatological data and is produced by the Climatology and Observations Division again for each month, season and year.
As such the Weather Bulletin is a final climatological review of Ireland's weather based on quality controlled data from over 600 weather stations. Once this periodical is finalised, it replaces the summary. These periodicals are normally available six months later.
The seasonal bulletin is published within the issue of the Monthly Weather Bulletin ending each meteorological season. While the annual bulletin is currently published under the title Climate Annual.
