General Comments:
Weed pollen will be occasionally moderate in eastern, lowland areas during warm dry days. The grass pollen season is now in full decline and only a low risk is expected. Fungal spores will be high at times.
Tree Comments:
The tree pollen risk will be mainly low.
Grass Comments:
The grass pollen season is now in decline and the risk will be mainly low from now on.
Weed Comments:
Allergenic weeds, including nettle, plantain and dock will be airborne during good weather. These trigger symptoms in around 20% of hay fever sufferers and are mainly a problem in lowland parts.
Spore Comments:
Fungal spores will pose a high risk during suitable conditions (generally warm and dry or warm and humid). Alternaria and Cladosporium will occur during warm, dry conditions and Didymella, Sporobolomyces and Tilletiopsis during warm, humid nights. Spores affect around 10% of allergic people.
