<text>In general, soil moisture deficits (SMDs) for all soil types range from around 10mm to 58mm, with the largest deficits in the east. That said, some soils in the south have SMDs between minus 2 and 10mm. Thus, most soils are trafficable. There is also some restriction to growth. SMDs are expected to remain broadly similar for the coming week, slightly increasing in some places and slightly decreasing in others.</text>
